About Me
Bio
An AI governance architect who designs and drives company-wide generative-AI adoption — controls included — under financial-grade governance (FISC security guidelines, J-SOX IT general controls, and Japan's APPI). As Head of Systems at a fintech company, I lead a team of four and own technology selection, hiring and mentoring, and internal-audit response. The foundation is end-to-end engineering, from requirements through operations, in Ruby on Rails, Python, React/Next.js, and AWS. I also write actively about technology: in 2025 alone, my Qiita articles drew 1.74M views and 1,555 likes (252 articles total).
